Thai Yoga Massage is the integration of osteopathic principles and techniques into Thai Yoga Massage, a bridge between East and West. It’s a form of bodywork that combines extraordinary creative and powerful Thai Yoga Massage techniques with the precise and strong touch of Osteopathy. Thai Yoga Massage is practised on a futon; the patient wears light comfortable clothing. The Manual Therapist uses not only his hands but also his feet, knees and elbows. This makes for a rich and colourful approach.
Theoretically, Thai Yoga Massage is based on the concept of energy lines, the Sen. Working the lines by acupressure and stretching can treat the whole body by opening and releasing energy, physical or emotional. Thai Yoga Massage promotes general health and well-being. It has a double purpose. On the preventive side, it activates the free flow of energy and improves circulation, digestion, breathing capacity, body posture, flexibility, as well as releasing nervous tension. On the therapeutic side, it can cure a large number of pathologies such as lower back pain, headaches, digestive problems, stress, insomnia, nervous imbalance, neck and shoulder problems…

Integrated Massage is a bespoke treatment using a collaboration of techniques from Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Aromatherapy, Acupressure, Sports Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reflexology. Treatments are tailored to your needs and can be split into two categories for simplicity…….
Working Massage – This Massage involves deep release work and is excellent for people who have problem areas or hold tension and tightness in their body. It creates space by stretching the legs, opening the hips and setting the pelvis which is especially good for people who participate in sports/fitness and need help with rehabilitation/injury prevention. This treatment is also good for people who sit at a computer for long periods of time as it opens the wrists, decompresses the spine, opens the shoulders and will bring awareness to your hands and feet. A working massage can cover every part of the body or focus on one specific problem area.
Nurturing Massage – This massage is excellent for stress as it is deeply relaxing, it will bring you out of ‘fight or flight’ and activate your parasympathetic nervous system. Many people experience an emotional shift with this gentle yet effective treatment, we facilitate a space to activate your body’s self healing capacities. As the body and emotions unwind you will feel a sense of relief and new perspective. This treatment is relaxing, gentle, soothing, supportive, warming and will help you to escape for while. A nurturing massage can cover every part of the body or focus on one specific area.
